As the first point of contact for potential clients, youll be the spark that ignites new business and fuels our sales engine. Your hustle and creativity will directly drive Mivadas growth, opening doors to exciting opportunities and setting the stage for our Sales Team to shine.WHAT YOU''LL DOProactively identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.). You''ll be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts, uncovering new opportunities and expanding our reach in the market.Qualify inbound leads and move them into the sales pipeline. Your ability to quickly assess and prioritize leads will ensure that our sales team focuses on the most promising prospects.Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and business objectives. You''ll be the voice of Mivada, building rapport with potential clients and uncovering their unique challenges.Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our sales team is always prepared and ready to close deals.Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM. You''ll be the data steward, ensuring that our CRM is up-to-date and providing valuable insights for our sales and marketing teams.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and messaging. Your feedback and insights will help us optimize our marketing efforts and drive even more qualified leads.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. You''ll be a thought leader, staying ahead of the curve and providing valuable insights to our team and our clients.Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (e.g., calls, emails, booked meetings, qualified leads). You''ll be a performance-driven individual, always striving to exceed expectations and contribute to the overall success of the company.RequirementsWHO YOU AREAt least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B is a big plus) at a large SAAS company. You bring a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the sales process.Strong communication skills written and verbal. You''re a master communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. You''re a self-starter, always seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections. You''re not afraid to pick up the phone and make connections, and you know how to handle objections with grace and professionalism.Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. You''re a CRM expert, able to navigate these tools with ease and extract valuable insights.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You thrive in a high-pressure environment and are able to stay focused and productive even when things get hectic.Experience in SaaS, IT consultancy, HR tech industries. Your industry knowledge will give you a competitive edge and help you connect with clients on a deeper level.Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
