You will be afforded the autonomy to choose your split of days based on your preference for NDIS clinical services and My Aged Care services.We are seeking ambitious applicants interested in either a full-time or a part-time position, based at our Penrith office! If you are looking to relocate, we can also offer relocation assistance!The RoleManage a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.Assess participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment.Assess participants functional capacity and needs in an aged care setting.Use your clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the clients circumstances.Access clinical mentors and leaders to support your growth and knowledge.Provide best practice evidence-based support services that increase participants life skills and independence.Conduct assessment and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology.We Offer:Excellent remuneration/hourly rates and flexible arrangementsComprehensive induction and professional development supportGenerous staff incentive and CPD schemesLaptop and iPhoneSign on bonusPaid parental leaveOur commitment to your work life balanceGenuine, supportive and friendly working cultureRegular staff celebrations, award and charity eventsOngoing opportunities as our company expands as part of the wider Procare Group.About You:Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)Experience in aged care and/or NDIS services (highly regarded)Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent drivers licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time managementStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solvingHonesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach;
