Recognise each person''s value, the talent they bring to the group and to make them a proactive part of their own developmentJob DescriptionOur friendly and dynamic Front Office team are seeking a Night Auditor to join them, with an immediate start available.Reporting to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager, you will:Support the Night Manager & Assistant Night Manager in the efficient operation of the HotelCross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift.Prepare reports reflecting trading results of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Take and prepare room service orders.Effectively handle guest complaints and escalate as required.Be available at all times for guest queries.Ensure the Hotel is operating efficiently and according to Hotel policy.Participate in workplace consultation on matters pertaining to WHS.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will:Be adaptable to all tasks and enjoy a variety in your workload such as reception and concierge duties, financial reporting, room service, cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.Hold an RSA competency card, CPR and First AidHold an Australian Drivers Licence, manual driving skills preferred (but not essential).Be able to work night shifts (11.00 pm 07:30am) across a rotating roster including weekend work and public holidays.Be enthusiastic, with the willingness to connect with guests and to hear their story.Have excellent attention to detail.Holdwork rights in AustraliaAdditional InformationLocated in the Heart of NSWs most exciting entertainment precinct and home to Accor Stadium youll receive fully laundered uniforms, fantastic career and development opportunities, access to Accor Academy and Typsy training platforms, wellness benefits, hotel discounts, worldwide benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
