They will demonstrate a desire and willingness to develop their knowledge base and clinical skills, aspiring towards excellence in patient care.A Grade 1 Occupational Therapist will be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team. They may be responsible for the supervision of an Allied Health Assistant.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESPatient/Resident CentredActively participate in key initiatives that contribute to person-centered care
