Our client, a global leader in Media, a brand we all know and love, is seeking a talented Promotions Manger (Japanese speaker) to join their team in Sydney.Role Responsibilities:Own the Acquisition and member growth targets for Promotional campaigns in the APAC regionCoordinate and project manage promotional campaigns across APAC marketplaces, utilizing various channels including onsite, organic, CRM, and paid channelsCollaborate with internal teams such as marketing channel owners, creative, marketing operations, legal, and regional P&L owners to deliver the best possible customer experience during the campaignIdentify, document, and communicate any issues or bugs with precision and expedience, partnering with international tech teams and regional stakeholders for prompt resolutionTrack and Monitor performance and provide comprehensive updates to management regarding key metrics and performance indicatorsKey Requirements:Bachelors degree with experience in a media or marketing roleBusiness level proficiency in both Japanese & English languagesAttention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlinesStrong communication skills, with the ability to raise issues proactively, articulate them clearly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and regionsProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insightsFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts, customer segmentation, and user experience principlesPlease reach to Jaz, if you would like to find out more jkuthubdeen@launchrecruitment.com.au or alternatively call 0421 881 268Get in touch with us and our friendly staff will get back to you as soon as possible! #J-18808-Ljbffr
