This position is responsible for supporting the NSW Film Lighting team in the preparation of film lighting equipment for rental. This includes, testing and tagging equipment, scanning items for dispatch and return, barcoding, delivery, and pick up lighting packages to customers and preparing paperwork for equipment hire.Our ideal candidate is someone with an understanding and technical knowledge of film lighting equipment, capable of confidently handling a wide range of tools and technologies used in the field. You consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring every client interaction is professional, responsive, and supportive. With a strong safety focus, you prioritize maintaining a secure work environment for yourself, work colleagues, and clients. Your keen attention to detail ensures high quality outcomes.
