The centre offers a wide range of facilities, including a 50-metre heated outdoor pool, a 20-metre heated indoor pool, a waterplay pool, a gym, a group fitness room, a functional training room, a spa, a sauna, and a steam room. The centre offers a variety of programs and classes for people of all ages and abilities, including swimming lessons, water aerobics, yoga, and pilates.About the RoleAs the Operations Coordinator at Brunswick Baths, you will manage the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding for your teams and support with employee training and development in addition to rostering and timesheets. You will ensure the daily operations of the centre are in line with contractual requirements, quality systems and industry guidelines. You will manage Health & Safety, Risk and Environment. You will oversee all facility maintenance and strategic asset management including contractor relationships.This is a full-time position with a salary of $66,228 per annum + Super & Y benefits.About You1-2 years leadership experience in aquatic facility operations.Your demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills enable you to inspire and engage our duty manager team.You possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks.You will have a comprehensive understanding of risk management practices and safety management systemsJoining our team at Brunswick Baths means becoming part of a vibrant and inclusive community.
