Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and detailed-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to fill this newly created role and support our expanding team, which currently sits at around 140 employees based across our Head Office and shopping centres. We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch, and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.About the roleProvide administrative support across all areas of People & Culture, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagementAssist with drafting employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentationMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policiesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and support HR projects and initiativesBe a point of contact for employee queries and provide timely and professional supportHelp organise internal events and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace cultureCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support across the businessProvide reception support when required, including answering calls and greeting clientsAbout youExperience in a HR or People & Culture support role is desirable, with relevant tertiary qualifications preferredStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with a friendly and approachable mannerAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with Employment Hero or similar is a plus)A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesPassionate about creating a positive employee experience and aligned with our values of community, integrity and growthThis role will be based out of our brand-new Head Office located in Double Bay, offering a modern and collaborative working environment designed to support both productivity and team connection.Its an exciting time to join Haben and be part of a growing business where your contributions will make a real impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
