We are looking for energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as aSection Waiter at Kid Kyoto.Section Waiters are tasked with providing our customers with a superior experience, ensuring all orders are taken correctly, delivered promptly, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.Key Responsibilities:-Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.-Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.-Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.-Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.-Resolve guests'' complaints in a timely and professional manner.-Perform all other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:-Previous experience as a section waiter required.-Excellent customer service skills required.-Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.-Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.-Must be able to work as part of a team.-Must be able to carry 3 plates-Must possess a valid state alcohol certification.
