We are recruiting for the West Region Delivery Team on the Sydney Water P4S program. We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.In this role you''ll be responsible for:End to end supplier account processing and reconciliationsProcessing supplier invoices and payments accurately and in a timely and efficient mannerInvestigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and issuesLiaising with creditors regarding any account enquiries or concernsManaging credit card coding and reconciliationMaintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and financial proceduresPreparing or assisting where required with financial reports and auditHow you''ll connect to the role:Experience with complex invoice processingCommitted, dependable and have effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focusProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and administrative technologies generallyTime efficient with ability to respond as needed to ensure key deadlines metAble to work autonomously and as part of a productive accounts/admin team2+ years'' experience in accounts payable preferredAbility to pick up new accounting systems and new processesOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
