Our Managers hold key client relationships and an integral aspect of this role is to mentor and develop younger team members to build relationships as part of the client service team and teach them technical and problem solving skills.Our Managers are energetic, proactive and enjoy problem solving. They conduct themselves with integrity and respect for others and ensure on the job learning is prioritized for team members. Our Managers are responsible for the delivery of tax and accounting compliance and assist Directors with consulting and special projects.In a client facing and relationship driven role, our Managers are pivotal to the success of our organisation. Our managers oversee all aspects of our clients experience from initial contact to facilitating the delivery of services to presenting outcomes to our clients.Managers play an integral role in developing our team members, delivering workflow on time and actively participating in the management of our firm. Client responsibilities range from; day to day business services in outsourced Financial Controller and CFO roles, managing year-end tax compliance and providing consulting services on a range of technical topics to clients.About The RoleWe will support you to succeed through every stage of your career and professional development, with mentoring and coaching.
