More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Manage the onboarding process for subcontractors to ensure alignment with HSEQ requirements and site safety standardsOnboard, assist and consult new and existing vendors on compliance obligationsReview all vendor documentation to ensure it meets NEX Group internal system requirementsLiaise with new and existing vendors to ensure ongoing complianceEnsure continual increase in compliance rates for all vendorsMaintenance of vendor documentation and vendor database systemsMaintenance of WHS business compliance records and databasesAbility to review SWMS and provide guidance on safe work proceduresProvide accurate and timely administrative support to the WHS Management team as requiredCollaborate cross functionally to implement improvements to the vendor experience and issue resolution processAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
