A new era awaits at 25hours Hotel The Olympia which will shape and transform the local hospitality scene, welcoming a vibrant and diverse team, bringing its vision to life.Job DescriptionCOME AS YOU ARE & SHOW HOW YOU CARE From check-in to see you again, our Front Office team will ensure guests are happy from their first moment till their last. As the Night Auditor, you are someone who can rock the night away and reimagine how guest service looks for those who dont hit the hay before midnight. Night audit is a given and we need to get that right, but theres more to it.What Does Your Workday Look Like Come as you are and always have fun with our people every day;Even when youre at the reception late at night, youll make sure that guests arent just contented, but enthusiastic;Make sure that the cash register accounts are done and the days receipts are checked before everybody wakes up again;Be available through the night as a contact person for all our guests needs;Make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception, and that the admin processes are on point;Ensure necessary handover of information is passed on to the AM crew.QualificationsWe are looking for you with personality and that certain something Youve completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained some management experience and can speak English fluently;You can inspire your team just as you can inspire your guests.
