Let''s create what''s next.We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal to the smooth and efficient operation of the team''s daily activities and engagement efforts, both internally and externally. As the Team Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support, ensuring seamless diary management, meeting logistics, and project administration to assist the team in delivering a range of corporate affairs activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings across a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure the timely preparation and distribution of agendas and supporting materials and manage follow-ups and action items. You will contribute to the coordination and delivery of team projects and initiatives, supporting document production and formatting for reports, presentations, and communications. The role also includes reconciling monthly credit card transactions, tracking invoices against contracts, booking travel, and maintaining team systems and templates.Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to the broader Corporate Affairs team, including maintaining records and contact lists, supporting onboarding processes, coordinating team events, and managing team-wide communications. You will also monitor and triage the team inbox to ensure timely and appropriate responses to incoming requests.About YouYou will bring experience as an executive assistant or in a similar coordination role, ideally within the investment or financial services industry. You are confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, and you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build professional relationships across all levels. Your technical proficiency includes advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, along with solid skills in Excel.You are curious, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement, always seeking more efficient ways to manage business-as-usual tasks. You demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting diversity and inclusion, and you are capable of considering a variety of perspectives when making decisions.
