Here at Bathers, we have a fine dining hatted restaurant, a casual bistro, a Thai restaurant, a function space, a takeaway kiosk, and an Art Gallery.We are looking for a professional, and passionate supervisor to join our Bistro team. This position can be fulltime, part time or casual. Applicants must have full Australian working rights.Bathers Bistro is a busy, fast paced restaurant that operates breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week.Qualifications/ExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceMust hold a current NSW RSA CertificateDuties & ResponsibilitiesSupervising the floor staff and opening and closing procedures.Assisting guests with menu selections, offering recommendations, and taking orders.Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.Anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional service throughout their visit.Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.Have the ability to multi-task.Additional Eligibility QualificationsStrong work ethic with a high degree of responsibilityAbility to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationshipsStrong commitment to serviceOutstanding presentation skills.We offer great training and mentoring as well as career progression opportunities.Staff meals are provided each day and during the warmer months you can also go for a swim in your break!
