The Opportunity Norco AgriSolutions is looking for Feed Mill Operators to join our high-performing team at our Animal Nutrition production site in South Lismore. This is a physical, hands-on role where you''ll be actively involved in the feed manufacturing process - perfect for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and working in a team-focused environment. No experience? No problem! We provide full training to get you up to speed and if you have manufacturing, feed mill, or labouring experience, thats a bonus! What you will be doing: Mixing and processing animal feed according to production recipes. Operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality standards. Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving feed materials. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Collaborating with a small, supportive team to meet the needs of our farmers and customers. What we are looking for: A genuine team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused approach. Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks. Your safety is our priority, so safety-conscious is important to us with good attention to detail. Basic computer skills for production tracking. Forklift licence highly beneficial. Flexibility to work different shifts when needed - we offer morning and afternoon shifts so you might be able to work around your other commitments.
