You will use your creative skills and innovation to deliver meaningful and engaging activities, tailored to an individuals life experiences, goals and preferences. You will support and lead a team as together you seek to deliver the best outcomes for those living in our communities.You''ll have the opportunity to work across our three well-established aged care homes in Macquarie Park - Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge, and Cooinda Court - each with unique offerings to its residents.The position will benefit from the extensive resources and support available within the organisation, ensuring that you have access to the necessary tools and assistance to excel in your role.About You:Diploma of Leisure and Health, Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related/equivalent qualificationPrevious experience working in the Aged Care sectorLeadership experience in aged care or community setting is highly desiredStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of current Aged Care Quality StandardsProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsCurrent Drivers licenseIf you are passionate about making a difference and meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you!About Us:We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
