At this time, we are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant / Surgical Nurse to join our team and work alongside Dr. Chris Ho.About The PositionCare Dentistry - Implant Specialist Centre is a cutting-edge, high-energy dental practice with eight chairs, specialising in cosmetic dentistry. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, we are dedicated to providing the best care for our patients. At this time, we are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant / Surgical Nurse to join our team and work alongside Dr. Chris Ho.We offer a full-time position in a supportive, dynamic, and collaborative team environment. The role includes Wednesdays off and requires availability for two Saturdays per month.You Will Be Required To AssistBone graftImplant placementPeriodontistKnow periodontal chartingWe provided ongoing training and development to support your career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort.Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organised.Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care.Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience.Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.What We Can Offer You Competitive hourly rate Varied role Opportunity to make a difference Employee Assistant Program Unlock exclusive discounts and cashback offers on the Swag App Certified Great Place to Work two years in a row 2024 & 2025What Do You Need To SucceedPrior experience as a Dental Assistant is essentialA Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is beneficial but not mandatoryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentCapability to address patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and empathyAttention to detailWhat''s NextWe appreciate our team members and recognize their contributions to our success.
