As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and maintenance on trucks and buses, in line with Volvo Group''s standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Steering and suspension repairsElectrical faults, diagnosis, and repairsBraking systems diagnosis and repairsComponent overhaulsDriveline repairsPreventative maintenance services and repairsOffsite and breakdown repairsYour future teamThis role will be based at our Volvo Commercial Vehicles dealership in Blacktown, part of Volvo Group Australia. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the team of 60 workshop staff includes Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Apprentices, Service Advisors, and Costing Clerks.
