Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Talisman SolutionsWe are partnering with a leading enterprise in the technology and telecommunications sector to hire a Technical Business Analyst for a high-impact role focused on data-driven initiatives, enterprise platform optimisation, and service transformation.This role is ideal for an experienced and analytical professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys solving business challenges with technology, and excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyse both business and technical requirements from stakeholders.Support the delivery of strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives, including:Development of Customer 360 and Service 360 data products.Optimisation of enterprise platform licensing and tool rationalisation.Decoupling of legacy systems and streamlining of service management processes.Convert business needs into clear and actionable documentation, including functional specifications and user stories.Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure technical alignment with business objectives.Facilitate workshops, contribute to solution design, support testing cycles, and assist with change management activities.Required Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of:Data Lake use casesCustomer 360 and Service 360 data product developmentService management platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Service ManagementHands-on experience in enterprise tool rationalisation and platform optimisation.Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication.Proven ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.Preferred QualificationsBackground in the telecommunications or technology sectors.Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and experience contributing to enterprise transformation programs.Exposure to "Jack O Lantern" initiatives and ability to contribute as a "Decouple Ninja" (highly desirable but not mandatory).No work visa sponsorship available.
