We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in a full-time fixed term contract role, focusing on the recruitment of experienced support staff for our GP network across Australia.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environmentwhere no two days are the same. Youll be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and securing high-quality support staff for our clinics, helping to match talented individuals with practices that align with their values and career goals.In this role, you''ll work closely with Practice Managers, Regional Managers, and clinic teams, providing expert recruitment advice, proactive sourcing strategies, and a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clinics to strategically source and place support staff for immediate and future needsEngage in headhunting via LinkedIn Projects and Candidate OutreachManage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical support hires, optimising our ATS platformNetwork and build relationships with internal stakeholdersAssist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and industry eventsEnhance engagement and retention within the businessContribute to business growth by improving and optimising systems and processesSkills, Attributes, And Experience3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentCustomer-focused with a commitment to exceptional serviceStrategic planner with strong organisational skillsConfident communicator with excellent verbal and written skillsAgile and adaptable, with high attention to detailResilient and able to thrive in the recruitment industryWhy VetPartners?At VetPartners, we''re more than just a company we''re a family united by our passion for animal welfare and excellence in veterinary care.
