Become knowledgeable of performing the essential duties of all P&O positions and backfill these positions or help when neededManage all activities related to the employment life cycle for Raging Waters SydneyManage and control all financial aspects of assigned departments while maximizing revenue and cost savings opportunities; maintain constant vigilance over departmental labor budgetsProfessionally and legally represent Raging Waters Sydney to ensure continued compliance with all federal, state, and local employment lawsDrive end to end recruitment and interviewing initiatives throughout the seasonSchedule team member orientations and ensure all team members complete the required onboarding activities.
