We provide a dynamic and friendly work environment with strong opportunities for growth.The roleAs our Junior Data Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting data from our comprehensive data sets to provide valuable insights for our clients and internal teams. Youll be instrumental in developing benchmarks, crafting industry reports, and supporting our sales and client teams with data-driven strategies. You will work across our global teams, in Australia and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract and analyse data from our data warehouse using SQL and other tools.Create clear and concise reports for clients, highlighting key performance indicators.Assist in the development of industry benchmarks and performance standards.Contribute to the creation of industry reports for PR and brand-building initiatives.Provide data support to sales and client teams to aid in client acquisition and growth.Ensure data accuracy and consistency.Skills and Experience1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role.Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) preferred.Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools.Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A keen interest in social media and influencer marketing.Experience with Python/R for data analysis would be looked upon favourably.Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is a bonus.Awareness of AI and ML technologies and principles is desirable.Exposure to NoSQL databases.What''s in it for youGrowthStructured career and personal development within one of the most innovative influencer marketing businesses globally.Working with a range of clients from high-profile, global tier one clients as well as smaller domestic challenger clients.Great locationAn excellent work location, close to transport, surrounded by great food, good coffee, shops and pubs in the Melbourne CBD.SupportA warm and relaxed team environment offering all the support you need to grow.#hypefamA lively, creative and inclusive culture.FlexibilityFlexible work practices and policies.Are you our next Junior Data Analyst?Apply now!
