2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsHigh Reach Forklift Team Leader Day Shift | 3PL | TruganinaEmployment Type:Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday to Friday)Location:Truganina, VICA well-established and growing 3PL distribution centre in Truganina is seeking a motivated and experiencedHigh Reach Forklift Team Leaderto oversee day-to-day operations, ensure team performance, and uphold a strong culture of safety and accountability.About the OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for supervising a team of High Reach forklift operators and supporting operational success across the warehouse floor. Working closely with site leadership, you will manage daily priorities, coordinate workflow, and foster a high-performance team environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily activities of the High Reach teamDelegate tasks and set clear daily goals and expectationsMonitor and report on performance against KPIsConduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with all OHS policiesInvestigate inventory discrepancies and support system-based inventory managementMaintain visual control boards and escalate operational issues as requiredDeliver onboarding, training, and ongoing mentoring to team membersPromote open communication and contribute to a positive team cultureUse systems including WMS, SAP, Microsoft Office, and internal portalsCandidate RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous leadership experience in a 3PL or warehouse environmentCurrent High Reach Forklift Licence (experience with Crown equipment preferred)Solid understanding of warehouse operations, OHS practices, and risk managementExperience using warehouse systems such as WMS and SAPProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsA proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on safety and process improvementWhats on OfferFull-time day shift position with consistent hoursSupportive team environment and approachable leadershipOngoing training and genuine opportunities for career progressionOpportunity to contribute to a well-organised, safety-focused 3PL operationHow to ApplyIf you''re an experienced team leader looking to take the next step in your warehousing career, we encourage you to apply today.
