This unique position combines general practice with continuity of care for aged care residents, as our clinic is co-located with a Residential Aged Care Facility.Key DetailsYoull work in a modern clinic co-located with Residential Aged Care Facility, offering the perfect blend of general practice and continuity of care for aged care residents.
