Working closely with the executive and training teams, you''ll develop, lead, and refine the RTO''s compliance framework while responding to industry and policy changes.If you''re ready to elevate your career in the VET sector and make a lasting impact, this Adelaide-based role could be your next strategic move.Tasks and Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of RTO compliance with ASQA, AQF, SRTOs, and other regulatorsMaintain and enhance internal audit systems and compliance documentationRespond to policy and procedural updates from regulatory bodiesConduct internal audits and produce compliance reportsOversee RTO policies, procedures, and training/assessment validation practicesEnsure marketing, student management systems (VETtrak), and external partnerships meet regulatory standardsSupport trainers, assessors, and team leaders on industry engagement, PD, and trainer currencyProvide strategic advice to the leadership team regarding continuous improvement initiativesSupport implementation of the RTO''s strategic plan with a focus on quality training outcomesSkills and Experience:Minimum 2 years in an RTO Compliance Manager or similar senior compliance roleExtensive experience preparing and managing internal audits and ASQA auditsStrong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and upcoming 2025 changesDemonstrated leadership across quality and risk management in an RTO settingStrong knowledge and experience in preparing, conducting and recording of Internal Audit processesExperience in evaluating Training Programs and conducting validation activitiesComplete understanding and application of Units of Competency and Training PackagesDemonstrated experience consulting with Regulatory bodiesDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focusExtensive organisational, planning and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities to meet task and project timelinesHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently.High-level communication, analytical, and project coordination skillsProven ability to work across multiple departments and with external stakeholdersQualification Requirements:Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or later)Professional development in compliance/auditing (desirable)National Police Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Take the lead in building a culture of quality.
