Specifically, they will participate in the fulfilment of all contract requirements, interface with internal business areas to ensure and assure contract compliance. Under general direction of the Commercial Director they will use their specialised knowledge and skills to solve complex and unique problems. The Commercial and Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating and managing project commercial risks, ensuring the project''s finance, insurance, controls, estimating, compliance and procurement activities are in line with Commonwealth policy.
