If you love sales, live and breathe property, and can turn interest into action, this is your role.As the first face of the advisory team, youll conduct in-depth discovery calls with pre-qualified leads, uncover their goals, overcome objections, and guide them toward signing on with Search Property. Youre not here to push, youre here to earn trust, educate, and inspire clients to take the next step toward financial freedom.If youve got a background in real estate sales or investment advice, know how to handle high-intent leads, and want to be part of a company thats scaling fast, keep reading.What Youll Do:Own the Discovery Process:Lead discovery calls via phone, Google Meet, or in-personUnderstand each clients goals, finances, and property knowledgeExplain the value of working with a buyers agent, and how we support themEducate & Convert:Discuss property investment strategies and market insightsTackle objections and help clients overcome whats been holding them backBuild rapport and earn trust through honest, clear communicationTailor your pitch to each individuals goals and situationDrive the Deal:Send proposals and agency agreements post-callFollow up proactively to answer questions and close dealsKeep CRM records sharp with detailed notes and updatesWork closely with Account Managers and leadership to ensure a smooth transition post-sign-onShare insights and feedback to refine the discovery call processWho You Are:A proven sales consultant or property advisor with 1+ years experienceConfident leading client calls and building trust quicklySkilled at handling objections, pitching services, and closing dealsDeeply familiar with the Australian property market and investment fundamentalsTech-savvy and well-organised, especially in CRM usePassionate about helping others achieve financial independenceWhy Youll Love It Here:Were one of Australias fastest-growing companies, obsessed with helping clients build their wealth through property; and were just getting started.
