Salary: $120,303 - $135,701 + up to 15.4% Superannuation The Role The Maritime Auxiliary Systems Program Office (MASPO) Sustainment Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing the delivery of maintenance, operational support, and logistics services through a team supporting the RANs Maritime Auxiliary capability, managed through Product Schedules CN58 - Inshore and CN59 - Offshore, and their associated in-service support arrangements. The Sustainment Manager also manages key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, and develops communication strategies to meet expectations and achieve outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the MASPO sustainment team, oversee service delivery, personnel management, performance reporting, and personnel administration as the head of department. Oversee supply chain management activities including procurement, disposal, and Required Parts List (RPL) management. Manage operational service activities and develop operational support processes, including gap analysis and remediation. Plan and coordinate maintenance periods and support ship managers in their activities. Support the MASPO commercial team in tracking and managing contract deliverables. Manage the transition of maintenance planning responsibilities from the engineering team to the sustainment team. Assist in planning and managing risks within the SPO alongside the SPO risk manager.
