In this hands-on role, youll manage and improve our Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud), working closely with business stakeholders and our Salesforce Partner to provide end-user support, system maintenance, enhancements, data quality oversight, and training. As a not-for-profit, we serve more than 400,000 members and their families with a strong commitment to member-first service, health advocacy, and innovation in care.What will you do?Act as the primary Salesforce system administrator across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Marketing CloudProvide front-line CRM support and triage support ticketsManage users, security settings, workflows, dashboards and reportsMonitor and QA system integrations and automations (Omnistudio, Journey Builder)Support UAT testing and release management documentationDeliver CRM training and maintain user guides and process documentationBuild reports and dynamic dashboards to support business insightsWork closely with our Salesforce Partner on enhancements and future developmentCollaborate with business stakeholders on CRM projects and continuous improvementWhat do you need?Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum 23 years)Current Salesforce Administrator CertificationExperience with Salesforce Flows, Profiles, Roles and Lightning PagesStrong skills in Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Journey Builder and Content BuilderWorking knowledge of Apex, Omnistudio and triggers (desirable)SQL/SOQL experience and strong data management capabilitiesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingFamiliarity with QA/test cycles, UAT and release documentationHow do I apply?Click APPLY NOW and send us your updated CV and a short cover letter (optional), outlining why youre the right fit for the role.Teachers Health values diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from people with diverse backgrounds including First Nations people, people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and people that identify as LGBTQIA+.
