We partner across operational teams to deliver projects that enhance systems, processes and ways of working. From identifying the opportunity to driving implementation and adoption, we focus on enabling operational efficiency, embedding change and ensuring teams are set up for long-term success. Our work spans technology delivery, process redesign and organisational change always with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement.About the roleReporting to Head of Business Transformation, based in Barangaroo, this is a unique opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team. This role is focused on transformation and change across operations and support services and plays a vital role in ensuring the firms strategic priorities are delivered with impact.More specifically, you will:Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational transformation programs and projects across business functions. This could include the selection and implementation of new technologies, AI initiatives, data and process improvements or general change programsDefine and manage program scope, schedule, resources, risks and budgets, ensuring delivery against agreed outcomesDevelop and maintain fit-for-purpose program governance and reporting frameworks aligned to firm practicesProactively monitor interdependencies and escalate risks as requiredDeliver integrated change management activities that drive adoption and behaviour change across impacted teams, including drafting comms and developing trainingEngage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and shared accountabilityContribute to the continual improvement of the Business Transformation delivery approach, templates and standardsWhilst the role is ideally full time, we are open to 4 days per week or a 9-day fortnight for the right person. We offer our people flexibility to suit their circumstances which sees most of our people in the office at least 3 days of their working week.About youYoure a high-performing, pragmatic and proactive program and change manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. You know how to navigate ambiguity, build momentum and keep people aligned toward shared outcomes. You can manage multiple workstreams without losing sight of the detail, and youre equally comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve delivery roadblocks.With experience in both project and change delivery, you know transformation is about creating clarity, building trust and driving results.Specifically, you will bring:Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs from concept to deliveryDeep experience with both project and change management, ideally in operational or corporate service contextsThe ability to work autonomously leading programs through to completionHighly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and manage relationships with a range of external vendorsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with an outcomes-first mindsetAbility to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timeframesExcellent communication skills, with a clear, concise and professional styleYou will be collaborative, adaptable and emotionally intelligent. Youre a self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
