This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for Human Resources and who would like to continue on their career path within a supportive and secure business. Your background in HR will likely involve infrastructure, and ideally, you are an individual who has been working within the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Killard leadership team to lead the HR function.Guide employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.Maintain alignment with EBAs and Australian employment lawsContribute to workforce planning, staff development, and training initiativesLead the implementation and optimisation of HRIS systemsTravel interstate twice monthly to strengthen relationships across sitesServe as a trusted HR advisor to stakeholders at all business levelsWhat Were Looking For:Confident and resilient HR Manager, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams in a dynamic construction environmentIn-depth understanding of Australian employment legislation, enterprise bargaining agreements, and industrial/employee relations frameworksProven background in managing organisational changeExtensive hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and data-driven HR practicesEnergetic and proactive approach, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Whats on Offer:Full-time, permanent position with genuine career developmentLong-term job security with a highly respected contractorSydney-based role within a busy and growing operational hubOpportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects across NSW & QLDKillard Group is an equal opportunity employer and proudly supports women in construction and Indigenous engagement and participation.
