Always.We are St Vincent''s Health Australia, Australia''s largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operate public and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.About the roleResponsible for leading, developing and implementing comprehensive digital resources to guide nurses and patients to improve education and awareness about health risk factors, conditions, procedures, treatments and follow up care for patients, families, carers, health professionals and the general public.Managing, maintaining and updating web content on internal and external facing digital platforms.Establish and maintain effective relationships/partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders - obtain regular feedback, identify priority areas, identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.Provide outreach support to local, regional and remote communities and vulnerable populations.About youCurrently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Recognised post graduate tertiary qualification in a related field or willingness to undertake same within 12 months or equivalent relevant experience.Comprehensive knowledge of digital systems with a proven ability to effectively utilise health technologies to improving service delivery.Demonstrated ability to lead, facilitate, co-design and implement digital health initiatives and innovation that aligns with the organisations strategies and address current and emerging digital health priorities.Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement projects and the evaluation of digital health initiatives.Why work at St Vincent''s?Join us on our mission to provide care to all, including the most at-risk people in our communityDiscounted access to many gyms for you and your family with Fitness PassportAccess to discounted private health insurance with MedibankAccess to a government salary sacrifice program.
