Due to ongoing work and a strong pipeline of future projects, our client is looking to expand their surveying team in Sydney. This role is perfect for a surveyor looking to become a registered surveyor or has started their pathway to becoming registered.What will our new responsibilities be?Topographic, contour, and detail surveying; cadastral surveying across a range of rural, urban, and greenfield locations.Survey plans for building residential structures.Conduct cadastral surveys for large-scale subdivisions.Involvement in construction projects for homes and businesses.Developments in Strata and Community Title projects related to infrastructure.Interact with a wide range of clients, such as government agencies, builders, and developers of all sizes.Communicate with team members, project managers, and clients to produce outstanding outcomes.What do you need to be a successful candidate?Postgraduate qualification degree or diploma.Familiarity with AutoCAD and Survey/Civil software; familiarity with Leica and Trimble total stations and GNSS equipment.A valid Class ''C'' driver''s licence from NSW.12-month minimum experience working as a land surveyor in New South Wales.Outstanding communication and time management abilities; capacity to work both individually and collaboratively.If you are interested in this position or would like to talk about a new opportunity, please feel free to reach out to me at Conor@ssaltd.com.au or +61 416 202 226.Jamal GrantSenior Recruitment ConsultantRebecca FitzGerald ONeillRecruitment Consultant - Accountancy & Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
