PROPERTY MANAGER/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERRay White Salisbury is expanding! Due to growth, we are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and experienced property manager/business development manager to join our team.We provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and tradespeople; thats where you come in! You will work with our highly successful and dynamic team in a full-time position, reporting to a senior property manager.Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:Developing and implementing growth strategiesIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growthLiaising with landlords, tenants, and trades via phone and emailConducting open inspectionsConducting routine inspectionsConducting ingoing and final inspectionsOrganizing maintenance for properties as requiredIssuing work orders and maintaining our maintenance databaseEntering bonds and bond refundsAttending SACAT hearingsProviding reports for weekly management meetingsTo succeed in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and enjoy problem-solving. You should be confident, highly organized, and possess exceptional customer service skills.
