This is an exciting opportunity working out of our head office in Auburn!Role & ResponsibilitiesBusiness reporting requirements gatheringWorking with the business to determine reporting requirements, priorities and deliver against BINGOs BI and data warehouse strategyProvide the business with accurate, congruent and reliable informationAbility to create BI reportsWorking with the business and development team to design and document dashboards, alerts and reports.Educate and train business users to use their data as an analytical toolWork with team members and Business Analysts to define use cases and business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.Translate requirements into potential ways to solve, collaborating with developers on the optimum solution factoring in time, effort and quality.Participate in the validation process to ensure the output meets the criteria outlined by the businessProcess mapping and coordinating with cross discipline teams to collaborate on design, priority & approachFacilitating change requests to ensure that all impacted teams are informed of the impacts to existing flowsPreparation of functional specification and use case scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Conduct software testing in close cooperation with IT and business subject matter expertsDocument and track test results and software fixesEnd User Training and documentation managementAbility to think outside of the box, to interpret data and understand recurring themes in systemic issuesAct as a design consultant. Provide design consultation across all assigned IT projects.Support and resolved production issues.
