Our shared values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous.We are looking for multiple passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles, on Permanent Part time basis or Casual.About The RoleYour role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goal as well assisting clients with mealtimes, personal care and medication.Some Things Our Clients Love DoingExpressing themselves through creative mediums e.g. art, cooking, gardeningSelling or exhibiting things theyve created to the communityMaintaining their health and wellbeing e.g. yoga, gymAbout UsAt CPA Lifestyles, our clients participate in social and recreational activities, essential life skills and engage with their local communities. We match clients with disability support workers that are tailored to their needs, interests and passions in life. This role is based across our Lifestyles Program including day center, Outreach and Individualized support to our clients in Allambie and surrounding Northern Beaches areas and is a day shift program, between 9.30am - 3.30pm.The BenefitsAttractive hourly rat, base pay between $33.42 and $34.47 + Super (25% is added for casual loading)Our team is vibrant, inclusive and creativeOngoing professional development, including Certificate III and IV in DisabilityDiscounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness PassportSalary packaging (for permanent staff)$100 well being voucher (get a massage on us!)RequirementsAvailable for a minimum of 3-4 days per week, hours between 9.30 am and 3.30 pmValid NSW drivers license P2 or full.Important InformationAt CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
