Your main role will be to manage and lead a team of production staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, in executing food preparation, cooking, and packaging processes. The company handles over 1,900 flights daily, moves over 8,500 tons of cargo, books over 16,000 hotel stays, and uplifts over 320,000 meals daily.You WillEssential Functions and ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the AM or PM food production team.Ensure on-time performance.Develop and streamline processes related to accessibility, availability, cost, quality, and production assurance.Guarantee systems for optimal productivity.Attend food tasting sessions as required.Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, Medina, FDA, and internal rules.Manage daily food production staff and supervisors.Communicate effectively to meet food cost goals and ensure on-time delivery.Plan work schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished products.Manage multiple priorities and meet short timelines.Calculate labor standards based on flight schedules and meal volumes.Maintain within budgeted labor goals.Identify operational issues and suggest solutions.Present solutions to management.Note: Employee will be exposed to extreme cold (35-40F).Nonessential FunctionsOther duties as assigned.CompensationThe salary range is $68,640.00 - $73,920.00 annually, paid weekly, excluding incentives.
