The RoleAs the Senior Manager ICT, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, daily operations, and continual advancement of Omnis technology environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager Operations, you will be responsible for the delivery, security, and performance of ICT infrastructure across all corporate and functional divisions.In this role, you will lead a high-performing ICT team, oversee major technology projects, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. You will also drive alignment between ICT initiatives and Omnis broader business objectives, supporting digital transformation and fostering innovation throughout the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact and help shape Omnis digital future.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a high-performing ICT teamPlan, coordinate, and oversee ICT projects from initiation through to completionDevelop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goalsEnsure the security, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applicationsStay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovationOur Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on technology leader with a strong track record of managing ICT operations in complex environments. You bring deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project delivery, complemented by strong leadership and communication skills.
