This role is a pivotal step in setting up the right communication approach to drive long-term success in how we engage our audience. The project will require you to identify and implement immediate opportunities to improve and revitalise our communications. You will report to our Director of Marketing and Brand, and your peers will be Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics & Sales. If you are passionate about creating customer communications plans, data-led insights and delivering measurable impact, this is the right project for you!What Youll DoReview, update and optimise our existing CRM campaigns (newsletters, trigger-based automations) across multiple categoriesDevelop a measurement framework to monitor and report on the effectiveness of all journeys and campaignsAnalyse campaign performance data and lifecycle behaviour to identify new opportunities to increase key success measuresWork with agency partners, leverage Adobe Campaign Classic to design, execute, and optimise data-driven customer journeys and triggers across multiple categoriesBuild flows and architecture of current programs and recommend immediate improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Analytics, to set up and enable marketing initiatives aligned to business objectivesCollaborate with agency partners to brief and develop email marketing creative, working together to optimise the content experienceWhat youll bring5+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with a strong focus on data-driven customer journey optimisationExperience with customer marketing tools, specifically Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Journey OptimiserA proven track record of success in the design and creative development of email campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsA highly organised approach to anything you do with strong project management skills and attention to detail, delivering work on time and on budgetThe mindset to take the initiative, go that extra mile when needed, act with integrity and celebrate success after achievementsAbove all, you are a team player.
