Abbott is committed to building a diverse workforce that values diversity across gender, age, culture, disability, and lifestyle.Abbott Electrophysiology (EP) is a leader in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia with a product portfolio that covers both capital and consumables.This role is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise, service, and maintenance for the Abbott capital equipment portfolio.Core JobPlanning and installation of Abbott capital equipment.Supporting trials of capital equipment products.Building Abbott relationships with key lab equipment vendors.Performing service, maintenance, and upgrades of capital equipment products.Maintaining detailed databases on the location, system serial numbers, calibration, and preventative maintenance scheduling of all Abbott capital equipment.Developing relationships with and servicing key customer groups.Providing technical support for internal and external customers on capital products.Understanding and complying with industry (MTAA), Abbott Code of Conduct, and Company Compliance requirements.Addressing customer complaints with relevant Abbott ANZ Business Unit.Executing responsibilities according to Abbott ANZ Standard Operating Procedures.Performing other related functions as directed by the Manager.Being available to work outside normal hours for training, meetings, customer events, or trade shows/conferences, including evenings and weekends.EssentialTertiary qualifications in Medical (e.g., Bachelor of Science) or related field (e.g., Coronary Care Nursing, Cardiac Technician), or relevant Business experience.Good technical, clinical, and scientific knowledge.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to make decisions and provide feedback under pressure.Note: To work for Abbott in Australia or New Zealand, you must hold current, unrestricted working rights for the respective country.We ask that recruiters respect our internal recruitment process and PSA panel by refraining from contacting us or forwarding unsolicited profiles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
