The team responsible for building and nurturing travel agent relationships including onboarding, training and driving repeat usage of our product. Youll play a hands-on role in activating new agents and supporting existing ones through strategic virtual engagement.Based at our Melbourne HQ, youll work in a hybrid environment, backed by a proven sales methodology. This is a unique chance to join a high-growth company with real career progression and make your mark in a channel that''s scaling fast.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive agent engagement through targeted outreach, virtual presentations and onboarding new travel agents to the Designer Journeys platform.Deliver structured virtual training sessions to support agent activation, platform education and enquiry optimisation by utilising the sales methodology.Proactively nurture existing agent relationships to build trust, increase repeat usage and ensure Designer Journeys is a trusted partner for their tailor-made travel enquiry.Maintain regular call cycles in line with the Agent Success sales methodology.Proactively identify growth opportunities within your portfolio and help agents unlock their potential through Designer Journeys services.Represent Designer Journeys at trade shows and events where needed, with the ability to confidently speak to our value proposition.A driven, people-first go-getter who thrives in a sales-focused environment.You might come from a sales consultant, inside sales, account management or BDM background but what matters most is that youre proactive and genuinely enjoy building relationships that lead to results.This is a role for someone who:Has a passion for building relationshipsIs confident on the phone and running virtual training or presentationsIs curious, coachable and driven by hitting usage or sales-based KPIsCan balance strategic thinking with structured call cycles and follow-upsCommunicates clearly and comfortably with a wide range of personalitiesTravel industry experience is a bonus, especially if youve worked with agents or tour operators but its not essential.
