This position will be responsible for all transactions conducted during their shift which includes but is not limited to, accurate eftpos procedures, program, venue and membership enquiries and processing the enquiries with our systems, as well as complaints handling. Please allow 4 weeks from the closing date for the processing of your application.For further information about the position, please contact Lisa Galvin, Rostering Coordinator on lisa.galvin@penrith.cityEssential CriteriaDemonstrated administration or customer service experience within a fast-paced work environmentCurrent First Aid CertificateA valid NSW Working with Children CheckDesirable criteriaPrevious work experience in the leisure /recreation industry or similarExcellent interpersonal and commination skills and ability to promote services to membersDemonstrated high levels of personal organisation and composure under pressureCommencing salary: $30.00-$34.72 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation, plus 25% casual loading & weekend penalties (where applicable)This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW. To be eligible to apply, you are required to provide Council with a valid Working with Children Check Number.You will be required to undertake employment checks, which may include a Criminal History Check, Qualification Check, Working with Children Check, Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test, as relevant to the position for which you have applied.
