IVE has the privilege to work with Australias best-known brands in a high growth industry, and we service our clients across many verticals.As we look to expand our offering and focus on CX Growth, in a newly created role, we are looking for a CX Account Executive to join our team to identify new opportunities in our existing client accounts and also attract new logos to our current portfolio.The new role attracts the following :Ongoing training program and certificationsMelbourne and Sydney roles with great locationsThe RoleThe CX Account Executive role is integral to achieving successful outcomes and growth objectives. Leveraging the success weve had with existing clients, with our market leading solutions, and the backing of our fantastic delivery teams, the foundations are well and truly set.Reporting to and working closely with the Head of CX Growth, you will be partnering with our clients with key responsibilities including:Unlocking opportunities to support and partner with clients to navigate complexity with customer technology initiatives in customer experience (CX) and platform capabilityCollaborating with our solutions team to customise solutions and strategies for our clients for account expansion and further growthBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities from existing clients and new logosNatural curiosity to learn and grow, and obtain certifications in relevant platforms for continued growth and personal developmentBuild and maintain strong networks with key prospects, clients, internal stakeholders, and platform partnersKeep CRM up to date and maintain accurate sales forecastingMin 4+ years in CX , Agency, SaaSConfidence and experience engaging with, and building trusted advisor relationships with C-Level executives managing multiple opportunities and collaboration with internal stakeholdersProven track record in delivering results in solution based selling environmentDemonstrated experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or CX consultancyA self-starter with demonstrated commercial acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skillsExcellent presentation skillsHigh energy engaging and motivational communicator with strong influencing skillsStrong attention to detailA team player with a collaborative approachAbility to uncover clients technical requirements and pain pointsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentStrong independent decision-making, organisational, planning and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and / or other marketing automation solutions is a mustIf this sounds like you, please Apply Now.
