In this role, you''ll work closely with Product Owners and agile delivery teams to bring meaningful digital experiences to life. You''ll be responsible for uncovering business needs, analysing requirements, and translating these into clear, actionable deliverables that guide development and design.You''ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital banking platforms, contributing to high-impact initiatives that support small and medium businesses across Australia.What you''ll doCollaborate directly with Product Owners and delivery teams to define business goals and product outcomesLead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirementsFacilitate workshops with key stakeholders across the businessBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and clarityTranslate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, user journey maps, and diagramsAlign analysis efforts to agile delivery roadmaps and project prioritiesSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in processes, systems, and user experienceWhat we''re looking forProven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale digital or banking programsPrevious experience working within major Australian banks is essentialStrong track record delivering digital solutions in fast-paced, agile environmentsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skillsWhat''s in it for you?We''ve worked hard to create an environment that''s big on diversity, inclusion, and flexibility, and one that suits the changing needs of team members across Australia.
