Leading your team to provide meaningful in-store experiences that build loyalty and promote positive behaviors.Managing daily store operations. Driving initiatives including brand events, training, and visual merchandising to reflect Sephoras brand and culture.Developing sales and budget strategies. Managing profit and loss, monitoring stock levels, and forecasting sales and issues.Enhancing our culture. Maintaining a positive environment where everyone feels valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback, coaching, and development.Achieving results. Monitoring KPIs to measure performance, improve, and realize our vision of being the most loved beauty community, while attracting and developing store talent.We would love to hear from you if:You have retail management experience at a large retailer or multi-site experienceYou are passionate about excellent client service and experiential retailYou possess strong organizational, analytical, and business management skillsYou are a hands-on leader who enjoys working on the sales floor to motivate and coach your teamYou have a talent for attracting and inspiring talented employeesYou demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and influence at all levelsYou are flexible with your work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidaysPlease note that only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this role due to store requirements.Our busiest trade days are Thursday to Sunday; therefore, the ideal candidate should be available for 5 full days, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.Sephora is part of the LVMH group, the world''s largest luxury goods conglomerate.
