As part of the ongoing growth and expansion Satori recently took investment funding from a highly respected Private Equity firm and is now looking to expand the sales team due to increased market demand.Satori helps commercial and government organisations save money and improve efficiency by delivering an AI-driven, full continuous transaction monitoring service across all business areas, giving organisations clear insights into every transactionSatori has a wealth of experience with over 200 premium customer brands in the APAC region including Afterpay, Qantas, Lendlease and JB HiFi, NSW Healthshare, Federal Dept of Finance and many others.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales executive to join our fast-growing sales team.As Senior BDM with a focus on the public sector, your primary role is to identify client challenges with enterprise clients, influence decision-making, and achieve revenue targets that add significant value to both the client and our company.Your primary stakeholder audience includes CFOs, financial controllers, procurement managers, risk and audit executives.We value innovative thinking, customer-centric approaches, trust & integrity, collaboration, and finding creative solutions for good customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and companyIdentify and prospect potential customers in Federal, State and Local government within Satoris ICPConduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer pain points and demonstrate how Satoris solutions can address these challenges.Lead presentations, and sales calls to showcase the value of our solutions.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to close, ensuring consistent and predictable revenue growth.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and risk/procurement/compliance/audit officers.Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for customers.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals in line with company policies and business goals.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product features to effectively position Satoris solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunity management details in the CRM system.Forecast sales performance and report progress to sales management regularly.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of success in selling enterprise SaaS solutions.Expertise in finance systems, cyber, data security, ERP, risk, internal audit, or compliance software solutions is highly preferred.Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and experience of applying sales forecast methodologies in complex solution sales environmentsAdvanced negotiation and closing abilities: expertise in negotiating and closing large-scale, complex dealsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.A passion for technology and helping organizations achieve compliance.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry eventsPublic sector sales experience will be an advantage.Education & Experience:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the SaaS or cybersecurity industryWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary and commission structure.Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding, PE backed SaaS company.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Flexible work environment.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesTechnology, Information and MediaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Satori by 2xSign in to set job alerts for Senior Business Development Manager roles.Continue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleStrategic Director / Business Development LeadSydney, New South Wales, Australia 2 days agoSydney, New South Wales, Australia 2 weeks agoSydney, New South Wales, Australia 3 days agoSydney, New South Wales, Australia 4 days agoSydney, New South Wales, Australia 3 days agoSenior Business Development Manager , Media Enablement Team (MET)FGE, Business Development Director -
