We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply and join us in building a brighter future together.BI & Performance AnalystWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Intelligence ( BI ) & Performance Analyst to join the Planning and Performance team in driving continuous improvement culture and supporting evidence-based and informed decision making.In this pivotal role, you will liaise with business stakeholders in understanding data analytics requirements, visualising and developing and insightful dashboards and assisting with the implementation of data into business processes. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for conveying compelling analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders and transforming challenges into actionable initiatives.What youll be doing:Collection and Analysis :Ensure seamless data migration using Power Query and SQL and maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.Develop robust data models and databases to support performance measurement and reporting of business outcomesData Visualisation and Reports :Develop and maintain insightful data dashboards and reports using Power BI, R or Python, presenting data trends, performance metrics, and KPIs to various stakeholders.Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and effective data disseminationAnalytical Insights :Analyse data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.Perform forecast and predictive modelling to support proactive planning and resource allocation.Collaboration :Work closely with internal business units to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.Provide strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team on data and analytics best practices.Stay current with Power BI updates and features, continuously improving dashboards and processes.The talent you bring:Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering).Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a data analyst in the transport or logistics industry is preferred.Proven expertise in visualising complex data sets using Power BI, and SQL.Proficient in programming language such as Python, R or similar is preferred.Passionate about leveraging data to improve business performance and support strategic decisionsproven success in delivering transformational business improvement projects through to completion.Demonstrated experience working with GM and MD level stakeholders on strategic initiatives and anticipating business needsStrong time management skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and quality in deliverables.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings in an engaging manner for various audiences.Why join us?Inclusive Culture: We build a supportive culture that encourages diversity and enables our people to flourish.Employee Resource Groups: Transdev supports employee-led groups focused on diversity, equity and inclusion.Growth and Development: We offer our employees opportunities to build their own experience within a local, global Group.Flexible Work Options: We support the development, work-life balance and well-being of our employeesCommunity Impact: We enable our employees to have a positive social impact by deploying sustainable mobility solutions.Transdev John Holland celebrates diversity and equal opportunities!
