One BBC.Job PurposeBBC Studios Brands and Licensing division manages BBCs leading global and multi-format brands; and is responsible for commercialising this portfolio of global and emerging brands beyond broadcast, including licensed consumer products, brand licensing and partnerships, gaming, live events and publishing.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role supports the delivery of the local marketing strategy and plans for our key brands (including Bluey, Doctor Who, BBC Earth, Top Gear & Hey Duggee), involving the planning and implementation of brand and marketing activities to deliver growth, brand reach and business targets in territory.Scope and ImpactThe purpose of the role is to support the Brands and Licensing Marketing Team in delivering on global and local objectivesThe role focuses on assisting with the development and implementation of activities identified in local plans for the growth of Brands in marketAssist in being the driving force for the brands and associated businesses in territory, as well as a key conduit between and support for, the central brands team in LondonMust be flexible and work across a range of genres, across all media (irrespective of their area of expertise) and in line with the wider business needsAudience and customer focus is critical to the success of our business and fundamental to all brand communications.
