As a member of the Information Services Division (ISD) you will be required to deliver a customer first approach to the delivery of end user service solutions and process automation.You will work closely with the ServiceNow Senior Administrator and other key stakeholders to maintain the departments ITSM tool and corporate service portal. Focusing on delivering improved customer experience and to streamline services through process automation and simplification.Role and responsibilities:Day to day operation of the departments ITSM tool.Provide specialist expertise to facilitate the maintenance, operation, and enhancement of the department ITSM tool.Maintenance of procedures, technical documentation and knowledge articles required to provide defined ICT Delivery services.Deliver improved customer experience through process automation and simplification.Assist business units in the use of the ITSM tool and processes across the department.Configure end-to-end service improvements identified by customers.Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including support providers for escalation and service delivery issues.Contribute to the development of standard and ad-hoc reporting, analysing data and contribute to service improvement strategies.What you need to succeedA relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications in IT system administration e.g., degree in Information Technology.Demonstrated experience in the development and support of ServiceNow, (ITSM/CSM/HRSD/PORTAL).Demonstrated experience in an ITIL environment.What you''ll get in returnInitial 5-month contract with possible extensions.$750 - $880/day incl.
